Refunds & Returns Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us as soon as possible. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

REFUNDS 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  1. You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 2–5-day processing)
  2. You received the wrong item

WE DO NOT ISSUE THE REFUND IF:

  1. Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  2. Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  3. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for heat related issues. i.e. melted gummies. Please see our note on each product page for recommendations on what to do if product has melted in transit. 
  4. We are not responsible for lost packages.  Once it leaves our facility, it is out of our control.  If you have issues with the shipping of your package, please contact the postal service directly, by clicking this link, USPS.com

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on our “Contact Us” link or chatting with us from our storefront.

Please note the following return guidelines:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once your return has been delivered, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • StimWell is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
